This custom Wikiup rebuild boasts Cherry Wood, Euro Design with Artesia Doors cabinets in the kitchen, and baths with a Clear Conversion Varnish for high durability. The white cabinets lighten up the laundry and pantry rooms. All interior doors are beautiful “Solid Core” wood 4-Panel profile design. Quartz and Concrete countertops were used throughout the home. Marvin Windows throughout the home allow light in and views of the lovely pond. White Oak Flooring and neutral paint colors keep the home fresh. The exterior of the home is sided with Hardie-Plank siding and the Trex decking adds lots of outdoor living space. A fire suppression system was installed in the interior of the home and garage and a Talco Home Hydrant System, the industry’s leading pump and tank system was installed in the garage of this home which supplies water directly to the home fire suppression system.
