This custom rebuilt home was referred to us by a local architect who we had been working with for over 25 years. When his mother lost her home in the devastating 2017 Tubbs fire, he did not hesitate and called Harkey Construction immediately to be the builder of his mom’s home. He had seen the high-quality finish projects that Harkey Construction builds and trusted that Harkey Construction would build his mother a high-quality lifelong structure.
This custom rebuild included James Hardi Plank for all of the exterior siding. The interior kitchen cabinets were figured for custom stain grade alder, Euro Design with all of the modern amenities including recycle pull-out, tray dividers, spice pull-out, roll out shelves, Lazy Susan and all doors and drawers with soft close features. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room countertops were all finished with 2cm Quartz stone. A fire suppression system was also installed in this beautiful home.
