Custom Oak Hill Rebuild
Located in the prestigious Oak Hill subdivision of Windsor, the original home located on this property was lost in an accidental fire.
This custom built home includes all high-end finishes with paint grade Euro design, cabinets with shaker style doors and drawers. All stainless steel, Viking & Thermador appliances were installed in this lovely kitchen. The stone slab kitchen and bathroom countertops finished off these rooms with warmth and a little added color.
All drywall throughout the home was finished to a Level-5, smooth.
The exterior of the home was sided with Hardi–Plank Lap siding. The selected windows were Milgard Tuscany white vinyl’s along with Andersen A-Series doors which were all wood cased.
The plumbing system included Rinnai tankless water heaters and a fire suppression system was also installed in this stunning home.
