Located in the prestigious Fountaingrove area of Santa Rosa, the original home located on this property was lost in the 2017 Tubbs fires. The owners who were previous Harkey Construction clients, hired Harkey Construction to rebuild their home.
Harkey Construction assisted the homeowners through the insurance, architectural, and permitting processes. This custom built home includes all high-end finishes with paint grade “Euro” Design Cabinets and 2-panel profile, solid core door woods with frames throughout the home. High-end stainless steel, Viking appliances with a Zephyr Hood Insert were installed in this lovely kitchen. The exterior of the home has a large covered trellis deck with a built in barbeque and a stunning view. A fire suppression system was also installed in this stunning home.
