- Harkey Construction was chosen to remodel this Sebastopol home. The
vision, create a warm, inviting, casual yet elegant home for entertaining
friends and family. The original concept was an open hearth kitchen with a
large rustic beam and an open floor plan. The materials including reclaimed
terracotta floor tiles, knotty cherry cabinets, a custom island, the mixed-use
of concrete and marble countertops; integration of antique furniture, and full
spectrum paint were meticulously selected to create an integrated and cohesive
space. Sources included local craftsman as well as imported products.

granny unit. All three homes have quality finishes throughout including, hardwood
flooring, plush carpeting, high-end appliances and custom cabinetry.
