Windsor business success dinner

The Windsor Chamber of Commerce recognized Harkey Construction as Small Business of the Year and Casteneda’s Market as Large Business of the Year at their annual Business Success Dinner. Glenda Castelli received the Community Spirit award. Local restaurants completed the first “Taste of Windsor” competition, providing guess with samples of entrees and appetizers. Charlie’s Grill took first place and received the “Best Taste of Windsor” award.
